The New Jersey Civil Justice Institute is comprised of many of New Jersey’s leading employers, as well as small businesses, individuals, not-for-profit groups. Many of the State’s largest business associations and professional organizations, such as the New Jersey Business and Industry Association, the New Jersey Chamber of Commerce, and the Commerce and Industry Association of New Jersey, are also members.
In addition to knowing their support is making NJCJI’s fight for civil justice reform possible, our members receive many tangible benefits. Members benefit from the Institute’s advocacy and coalition building efforts, receive pre-publication access to policy-related materials, and take advantage of our staff’s relationships with officials in all three branches of government. NJCJI can often provide or coordinate amicus briefs in support of members who are appealing cases that have broader civil justice implications that the parties cannot fully brief.
Members are also invited to attend policy luncheons, networking events, and CLEs.
